How to Text Multiple People Individually on iPhone (Without a Group Chat)
Short answer: iPhone has no BCC for texts. Method 2: Apple Shortcuts (free, but everyone gets the same text)

- Add a Select Contacts action and enable Select Multiple.
- Add a Repeat with Each action.
- Inside the loop, add Send Message with your text, addressed to Repeat Item.

Each contact gets a separate 1:1 message from your number — no group chat. But live with it for a week and the cracks show:
- Zero personalization. Everyone gets the byte-identical text. "Hey, wanted to reach out…" with no name reads exactly like what it is.
- It's fiddly. You're re-picking contacts every run, iOS asks for confirmation as it goes, and one typo in the flow means rebuilding it.
- No memory. Nothing tracks who you already messaged, what you said, or who replied — you're keeping the list in your head or a notes app.
Verdict: great for "practice moved to 6pm" to the same eight parents every week. Wrong tool for anything where the message should sound personal or the list changes.
Method 3: A Personalized iMessage Blast (one draft, individual texts)
